Kate Logan, Yoga Instructor
Kate Logan
fell in love with yoga the very first time she did it in high school, and it has been a vital dynamic of her life ever since. Kate first formally trained with Godfrey
Deveroux in Ibizia, Spain, where she both worked and studied yoga for two summers, and completed her first teacher training. Since then Kate has been blessed to
have studied with various teachers and to have had the opportuntiy to explore several styles of yoga. Most recently Kate has been studying with prana vinyasa flow
guru Shiva Rea, and is in the process of completeing a 500 hour training program with Shiva, which has been an inspiring and transformative process to say the least.
Kate has been teaching yoga since 2001, and in her classes invites students to integrate meditative awareness, fluid movement, attention to alignment, and creativity
into their yoga practice, as well as in their daily lives. Personally, Kate calls upon the powers of yoga to cultivate healthy transformation, personal as well as universal
evolution. Kate has recently moved back to Vermont after living in North Lake Tahoe, CA, and is excited to offer her vinyasa style of teaching to the Manchester
community.
