Private Pilates
One-on-one Pilates instruction, which typically includes both apparatus and mat work as well as specialized exercises to address your specific needs. Your instructor guides you through each lesson, giving precise verbal and tactile cues to ensure optimal alignment, proper breathing, and safe and efficient movement. Sessions are 50-55 minutes.
$65 (10 for $600)


Duet Pilates
Two students study together on the mat or apparatus. Students need to be at similar Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced working levels. It is the student's responsibility to find a suitable partner. Sessions are 50-55 minutes.
$45 per person ($10 for $400)


Introductory Package for New Clients
2 Private sessions and 2 Mat classes
$120 ($40 savings)


Group Mat
Drop-ins are welcome. Reservations are requested because of limited parking. Sessions are 50-55 minutes in duration. Please respect the 24-hour cancellation policy. Drop-in rate is $15. A variety of reduced rate class cards are available. Contact the studio for details. Payments are due at the time of your session. Cash and personal checks accepted.   • Introduction to Pilates Mat/Beginner Mat
    Focus: Fundamental concepts of Pilates.
    This class is taught at a slower pace to emphasize the importance of form and breathing while developing strength and flexibility. No prior Pilates experience necessary. Recommended for students who are new to Pilates.
    WEDNESDAY: 9AM 
  • Open Level
    Focus: Centering, Concentration, Control, Breath, Flow and Precision throughout the Pilates mat exercises.
    The class will help increase the student's strength, flexibility and control in Pilates. Students should have experience with Lilia's Pilates Studio teaching style.

      SATURDAY: 10AM 
  • Advanced
    Focus: Utilizing the Six Key Principles of Classical Pilates.
    This fast tempoed class requires smooth transitions and knowledge of the complete Authentic Mat format. Students are asked to join this class.
    WEDNESDAY: 11AM 
  • Pilates Stretch
    Focus: Full body stretching in coordination with classical Pilates core exercises.
    The teacher will encourage deep breathing and proper alignment for students on all levels. The tempo is slow but the class is very challenging.
    MONDAY: 9AM 
  • Vinyasa Yoga
    Vinyasa means wave, linking one moment or movement to the next with grace and mindfulness. This yoga mat class consist of fluid and creative movement, with an emphasis on energetic alignment, and invoking and following the natural flow of prana, or life force. These classes will encourage you explore the art of yoga in new and liberated ways. This class will always balance effort with ease. The class encorporates music to create certain tones throughout class, and to keep inspiration levels high. You will find pieces of Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa throughout the class and hopefully some laughs to help keep things light and fun. These classes are not for strict yoga traditionalists!
    FRIDAY: 8:30AM - 10AM 
  • Power Flow Yoga
    Each class will consist of a flowing series of postures that will enable you to increase your flexibility, ability to balance, overall strength and mindfulness. It is a complete mind/body workout that develops concentration and reduces stress. Open Level: Student should be in good physical condition and be familiar with Power/Astanga Yoga or Jo Kirsch's teaching. Teacher: Jo Kirsch
    Fee: $66 for 6 classes or $14 for 1 class. Classes are open. Drop-ins welcome.

  • GYROKINESIS®
    GYROKINESIS® is a movement technique that works the whole body in an invigorating and fun way. It gives you the freedom of dance and the strength of swimming in one modality. GYROKINESIS® allows your body to move in circular, three-dimensional patterns, which promotes fluidity, strength, flexibility and joint mobility.
    WEDNESDAY: 7:30AM - 8:45AM


Studio Guidelines:
  • Important information and schedule changes are available in the studio. It is the student's responsibility to keep up-to-date on this information.
  • Parking is very tight! When classes are full you can park each other into the lot. Please be respectful of others when doing so and exit promptly when class is finished.
  • Once in the studio, please no loud talking and cell phone ringers should be turned off.
  • If you have to leave early please tell the instructor and while a class is in progress please leave only in case of emergency.
  • Students may arrive 10 minutes before their class to prepare.
  • No food or drinks inside building (except water). No gum in class.
  • Street shoes are not allowed inside the studio.
  • For safety reasons, do not wear large or dangling jewelry, bracelets, etc.
  • For modesty reasons, do not wear loose shorts.
  • Hair that is longer than shoulder length must be pulled up away from face.

Getting Started:
  • It is highly recommended to study privately before jumping into a group class atmosphere.
  • The studio sells the best Authentic Pilates DVDs and books for studying at home.

Class Book:
  • The Class Book should reflect the classes you plan on taking. Make sure that your name is listed at the times and the days you want to attend Mat Classes.
  • It is your responsibility to make sure that your name appears or does not appear in the book on the days you plan on attending classes.

Cancellation Policy:
  • All Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the missed class. No Exceptions!!!
  • Cancellations may be made by phone 1-802-345-7425 or email liliaspilates@gmail.com
  • If you do not cancel and do not show for class, you will be charged for a class as a no show. A 'No Show' will count toward your class total.
  • No refunds, but cancellations due to injury are credited towards future Pilates classes.
